Minimum order 20 € (including VAT)


Delivery Time / Order Tracking

The delivery time for products available in our stock is 1 - 2 business days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. If your order contains products that are not immediately in stock, you can see the estimated delivery time via the link provided with the order or under "My Account" and "Order History." Delivery times are updated there based on the available delivery information. If the delivery time for a product is exceptionally long, we will contact you.


Delivery Methods

You can choose to pick up your order from the store, use Kariteam’s own transportation, or Posti. More details can be found when proceeding from the shopping cart to the checkout. Delivery costs start from 7.90 € (VAT 0%).

Pallet charges for pallet deliveries (VAT 0%):

  • EUR pallet: 12.00 €
  • FIN pallet: 12.00 €
  • Heavy/Disposable pallet: 7.00 €
  • Roll container: 7.00 €


Note! Pallet charges will be added to the order based on the actual delivery and will appear only on the shipping document. If your order requires delivery to upper floors or additional Posti services such as unloading, additional costs for these will be added to the order, which will appear only on the shipping document. Posti will not wait for roll containers to be unloaded; instead, the customer must order a pickup for empty roll containers and other empty transport units via the Posti website. You can order a pickup for empty transport units here.

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email along with a link to conveniently track your order’s progress.

Kariteam is not responsible for delays or issues in the delivery of the order caused by factors beyond Kariteam's control, such as war, pandemic, natural disasters, export/import bans, governmental decisions, general traffic disruptions, or other similar circumstances that hinder or prevent Kariteam’s operations.


Payment Methods/Terms

  • Online banking / most common card payments
  • Billing by agreement, 14 days net or according to the agreement
    • Billing fee 3.50 € (VAT 0%)


The payment and financing service related to online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj purchases the payment and transfers it to the merchant. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.


Complaints

If we have delivered an incorrect or defective product, please notify customer service promptly (within 8 days) in writing at asiakaspalvelu(a)kariteam.fi and fill out the complaint form on our website. You can find the complaint form here.

Returns

Returns must be agreed upon in advance by email at asiakaspalvelu(at)kariteam.fi. The product being returned must be unused and in unchanged, resalable condition.

Return instructions:

  1. Contact customer service before returning the product
  2. Please note that custom-ordered products cannot be returned
  3. Return costs:
    • Customer's order error or change of need: The customer is responsible for the return costs
    • Complaint cases (e.g., picking errors or defective products): Kariteam is responsible for the return costs.
